The OCPM Moses the Black Bundle Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12/26/2025 at 12:00:01 AM EST and ends 01/05/2026 at 11:59:00 PM EST (“Entry Period”). The Sweepstakes is administered by OCPM, 276 5th Avenue, Suite 704-3183, New York, NY 10001 (“Administrator”).
Open only to individuals legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Not open to employees, officers, directors, or contractors of Administrator, prize providers, or their affiliates, or to their household or immediate family members. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
(a) Entry by Donation
Visit www.theocpm.org/mosestheblack and make a donation. Entries are awarded based on the chart posted on the Sweepstakes Website. Donations are final and nonrefundable. Maximum 3,000 entries per person.
(b) Entry Without Donating
To enter for free, mail a letter including your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: OCPM ATTN: Moses 276 5th Avenue, Suite 704-3183 New York, NY 10001. Each valid mail-in request counts as 1 entry. Unlimited mail-in entries permitted, up to the 3,000-entry limit.
(c) General Entry Conditions
Maximum 3,000 total entries per person, regardless of method. Proof of mailing or submission is not proof of receipt. Illegible, late, incomplete, or automated entries are void.
(d) Bonus Entries
Administrator may offer bonus or promotional entries during the Entry Period. Bonus entries count toward the 3,000-entry limit.
On or about 01/15/2026, Administrator will randomly select three potential winners from all eligible entries received. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Potential Winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 24 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected. A background check may be required.
Potential Winner must complete required verification documents. Failure to complete verification, meet eligibility requirements, or return required documents will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
One (1) OCPM Christmas Bundle (“Prize”).

No cash alternative unless required by law. Administrator may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and any costs not explicitly included.
By entering, participants agree to release Administrator, prize providers, and their affiliates from all claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Where lawful, Winner agrees that Administrator may use Winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Administrator may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Administrator may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.
Released Parties are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any injury or damage resulting from participation or Prize use. No more than the stated Prize will be awarded.
All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class actions) and exclusively in courts located in California, under California law. Damages are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs.
Information collected is used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with the Administrator’s Privacy Policy.
